These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and rbajee apk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at rbajee-apk.com and all associated services, products, features, and content offered through the platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing the platform, placing a bet, playing a casino game, initiating a deposit, or otherwise using any part of rbajee apk, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other supplementary policies published on the platform.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on rbajee apk. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, rbajee apk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate accounts, and apply restrictions to future registrations from the same device, IP address, or payment method.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a reachable email address. You accept responsibility for keeping your registration details current. rbajee apk shall not be held liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any third party to access your account, or allow another person to place bets or play games using your account. Any action taken using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified us of unauthorised access.

Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days to reflect.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Verified accounts in good standing can expect withdrawal processing within the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 BST. Requests submitted after 17:00 BST or on weekends and public holidays in Bangladesh will be processed on the next BST business day.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit (the "same-source" rule), unless an explicit exception is approved by the rbajee apk payments team following a formal request. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.

rbajee apk does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your MFS provider may apply transaction charges in accordance with their own fee schedule. Unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all rbajee apk promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses are 30x the bonus amount unless the promotion page states otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to collusive play, arbitrage betting across accounts, use of bots or automated play, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, will result in the voiding of associated bonuses and winnings and potential permanent account closure.

All bets and wagers placed on rbajee apk are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. Where specific game rules exist, they are published within the game interface or the relevant sports betting market page.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; the final confirmed odds will be shown on the bet slip receipt.

• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief processing delay to maintain market integrity. During this delay, odds may change. Players will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

Platform-initiated suspension: rbajee apk reserves the right to suspend any account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe the account is involved in prohibited conduct, fraud, bonus abuse, or any activity that poses a risk to the platform or other players. During a suspension, deposits may be blocked and withdrawal processing may be paused pending investigation.

Platform-initiated permanent closure: Following investigation, where a breach of these Terms is confirmed, rbajee apk may permanently close the account. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. In cases of minor gambling or identity fraud, applicable consumer protection regulations will govern the handling of deposited funds.

Dormant accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, bet, or game play). rbajee apk reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳50 to dormant accounts after the 12-month inactivity threshold is reached. Players will be notified by email at least 30 days before dormancy fees begin. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete a minimum deposit transaction.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers) may cause temporary unavailability.

rbajee apk is not responsible for any financial loss arising from:

• A player's decision to place a bet or wager — gambling involves inherent financial risk and winnings are never guaranteed.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank partners) in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to adequately protect their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
